Game Summary 6.14.12
Last night, my team faced the team we played on Monday night, the Adrenalins. It was a easy start for us, scoring the first run. In the second inning, The other team still didn't score any runs. We came out in the third inning confident, ready to continue to shutout. That inning, the other team scored 5 runs, forcing the inning to end. We came back with big bats and score 5 runs, bringing us up by 1. We switched onto the field and the other team, scored 3 runs. Until the first and third base coaches got into a "disagreement". Both coaches stormed off the field, while two fans decided to help out. The game was continued with minimum problems. We scored 3 runs that inning, we were ahead by 1. We still had around 6 minutes left for the game. The innings I didn't write about were just one, two, three out inning's. We had to hold them, then we could bat. The first out was a grounder to pitch, the second an amazing catch by the third-basemen "stealing" it away from the short, and the last out was a strike-out. We held them and we batted one last time, and the game was done. We beat the Adrenaline, by 1 and our win-loss count was now 3-2.
Injuries 6.15.12
Today, I was practicing pitching and batting, since I have an off day. And I was warming up my arm, just throwing some pitches, and I pulled a muscle in my shoulder. Now I have had shoulder problems in the past, that prevented me from playing for a good amount of time. But this didn't help my elbow problem either. About 2 weeks ago, I over-extended my elbow, and I wasn't able to play for a game or two. But then a week later, I slid into third, and the third-basemen stepped on my elbow and cut it open. So now, I can barely move it. Sometimes being a softball player isn't easy.
